Designed and built by one family-owned company.

Run by its owner, with an in-house architect for additions. Here’s what happens after you call, who you’ll deal with, and the paperwork behind it.

How a project runs

  1. Call, text or send the form.

    What happens
Tell us what you have in mind and roughly where the house is. We call or text back during business hours.
    What you do
Send a photo of the room if you can.
  2. We walk the house with you.

    What happens
We look at the space, talk through what’s possible and put a price on it. The quote is free.
    What you do
Show us the room and what bugs you about it.
  3. Drawn in-house.

    What happens
For additions, our in-house architect draws the plans. Already have an architect? We build from their drawings.
    What you do
Sign off on the drawings and the price.
  4. Built, then walked through together.

    What happens
The company that drew it builds it, with no handoff between designer and builder. Before it’s called done, we walk the finished work with you.
    What you do
Walk it with us and point out anything that isn’t right.

After you call: we call you back and set a time to see the house.

Design

Drawn in-house, or from your architect’s drawings.

Additions are drawn by our in-house architect, so the people who design your addition are part of the company that builds it. Already hired an architect? We build from their drawings too.

Entry: double doors with leaded glass and matching sidelights at the end of a polished stone floor, with a glass railing at right.
The front doors, at the end of the polished stone floor.
